Happy Two Year Anniversary to my best friend, father of my child and soul mate. 😍
We’ve been through a lot of hardships in the last 12 months, but we’ve stood together and come out on top after each and every one.
I’m so proud to call myself your girlfriend and to be the mother of our son. Nothing brings me more joy than knowing he is the result of the love we have for each other.
I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months brings for our little family.
