Hey everyone just droppin in to say hi to and welcome my new and current followers. It's pretty awesome seeing people getting into my fitblr and encouraging to see others going through this journey of becoming fit and healthy. I've had a busy weekend of working out and going on my first grocery shopping trip during this, and I did really well bought some fruit and high protein stuff since P90X is about high protein & low carb.
Anyway before my workouts I usually listen to music to get me in the right mind set, for warming up and getting excited, before getting my ass handed to me for an hour. So here's some of the music I listen to (in particular order mostly a mix of this and that):
