MYTHOSLAIN 2026 Trailer + news

In a spectacular personal feat of productivity, slightly over a year of my first ever go at animating anything, I produced a proper trailer for Mythoslain's depths ahead of us that debuted for the @voftdubsofficial Charitystuck 2026 live stream as part of the community spotlight! I was shocked & delighted to be given such a wonderful opportunity to showcase my work & challenge myself.

UPCOMING PANEL: Classpecting Concerns & Literary Systems

HELLO! I'm hosting an online panel for @pesterfest in just under 2 weeks on the event's third day Sunday, July 26th, at 3pm (UTC) [11am EDT].

This talk will not center on facets of classes & aspects themselves (though I do have points on alternate constructions to be made at the end if we have time), but will instead cover literary theory concepts as a way of looking at the narrative function of classpects, how their conception is influenced by elements of canon, & how they might work differently in canon-divergent fanworks+! This is also principally a discussion of identity formation & requires no background knowledge of literary theory/criticism.

The other day, I decided to put together a physical version of Mythoslain's prologue & opening [S] page! It won't be practical to do much more of the comic given the amount of words in it so far, but I thought the opening part would be very doable. I intend to have these available at events in their lovingly hand-stitched booklet glory.

Vibes-based painting bday art for our own Arlo on day 1 of Pride for Arlo definitely thinks he's straight. Messing around with brushes & style in a comfy chair has been a great break from hunching over at my torture device animation set up.
