my person is encouraging me to call out because i cannot keep anything down and i'm like maxed out on all pain relief methods and still at like 12/10 pain.. and idk why but i'm still so traumatized over how starbucks treated me and for some reason feel the need to martyr myself when i'm sick

Just had a full on ghost encounter. It rushed past my bf and pushed him out the way and slammed the door

Officially have had 4 dreams in the last week where me and my family are on the run?? But so are other people?? It's post apocalyptic, and like sometimes we're running from like monsters? Aliens? Sometimes it's the government.. like bruh can I just rest??? No?? Because in my dreams I'm even MORE stressed out and worried about being rounded up and separated from my family by faceless bandits!!! I hate it here.
