What would the relationship between Nackle and Black King be like? Would they still try to defeat Ultraman?

I haven’t worked on these two much yet so this might change later, but here’s the rough idea I have for them:

While neither of them would be actively hunting down Jack like they did in canon, Nackle would still unfortunately have a hand in Aki and Ken Sakata’s deaths. Not a direct assassination ; but maybe having to kill them in self defense or accidentally getting the pair killed while trying to escape from them. Either way, Nackle becomes the number 1 target for Jack and flees to Seijin-1 to hide from him. Once there he continues his work but quickly becomes paranoid Jack is going to find and kill him. Eventually he meets Black King to whom he tells his story- to which Black King offers to work for him as his personnal bodyguard.

What happens when Jack ultimately shows up I still need to work on.
