This is the brand new Birria Naco Meal Kit; it’s their BEAUTIFUL beef (barbecoa) birra on their naan ‘tacos’, topped with cheese, Afghan chutney, sour cream, and crispy onions, with a meaty broth dip. You get around 10 Nacos and enough birria left over after that, plus the kit comes with coleslaw and potatoes. It’s SUPER easy to cook, most of it is boil in the bag and finished under the grill. Honestly, that meat is to die for, but I had no doubts about @cuepointldn anyway. Plus I can’t believe it’s the first time I’ve had Mursals nacos, they really are as good as everyone says. There is a vegan alternative to this kit too, along with many other options.
