Went to visit the kids at my old job today and was overjoyed to see them and be greeted with so much love. It’s always great to see them and talk to them about their progress while being able to help them through everything they’re going through. One of the kids, Noel, graced me with the pleasure of seeing this awesome artwork he made of my music artist persona for me. I am forever grateful for being able to make an impact in these kids lives and being rewarded with dope creativity. Thank you Noel, for continuing to be you and blessing the world with your greatness. Keep all that shit up!

Nacosta

Right now, I'm hosting a five-piece psychedelic folk rock band from Los Angeles, CA here at my co-op. They arranged a bunch of gigs at unofficial South by Southwest events. I went to one of said gigs last night and was genuinely impressed / pleasantly surprised. They call themselves Nacosta, and if you enjoy harmony-laden, nuanced rock music reminiscent of 60s psych rock and 90s shoegaze, you should probably give these boys a listen.

Actually: If you enjoy music, give 'em a listen. I've a sneaking suspicion that they might gain a significant cult following in the not-so-distant future.
