This asshole Anders obviously wasn’t gonna send Bellamy safely back to Sanctum where he could warn everybody, so OBVIOUSLY he was like “What’s the least survivable planet got in stock here? Oh right, THE BARREN ICE WASTELAND!”

Bellamy was thrown through the portal by the explosion (not dead people, come on) and transported to the Nakara anomaly stone.

Sanctumkru is going to SEE THE BRIDGE OPEN UP AND KNOW WHERE TO GO!!!!!

AND BELLARKE WILL FINALLY!!

REUNITED!!!!

P.S. Think about it people. It makes sense story-telling wise. I know sometimes JRoth pisses us off but he wouldn’t waste time from the last season exploring another planet for the hell of it, if it wasn’t going to be relevant to the big picture in some way. I THINK THIS IS THAT WAY!

Planets in The 100 season 7 opening titles

Have any of the opening titles of the previous seasons been that full of information as the season 7 titles? 

(post below includes info from the opening titles of 7x01 and 7x02, trailer and episode 7x02 The Garden, plus the opening titles Jason Rothenberg posted on Twitter earlier)

One of them is obviously Alpha/Sanctum, though we don’t see its symbol on screen in the titles. The others:

Nakara, Etherea (?), Skyring (Planet Beta), Bardo and... Earth?

The same five symbols appear in this shot from the trailer. The 6th one should be Sanctum/Alpha.

The symbol for Bardo - the Phoenix, symbol of rebirth after death, the mythical bird rising out of its own ashes (!) - is also seen on the bottle and bucket Octavia was using in the cabin on Skyring. I guess it was either brought by some of the previous prisoners brought from Bardo, or the Disciples when they first came here and before they started using it as a prison.

You thought we don’t see Earth in the season 7 opening titles? Here it is - specifically, Becca’s Island and the entrance into her lab, which flashes very briefly before we see the landscapes of Sanctum:

For the record, the title cards in the first two episodes were Sanctum and the Anomaly, respectively.

The opening titles that Jason Rothenberg posted on Twitter just before the trailer was released must be from a later episode - and they had a very interesting title card (which I think probably represents the dome on Bardo):
