Bibimbap udon (cooking)

There are “namul'' and “bibimbap'', which is a staple of Korean cuisine. Boil and cook 4 types of daikon namasu, soybean sprouts, fern, and green vegetables (rapeseed, spinach, etc.) to make namul (vegetables), and mix with gochujang (chili pepper miso: not very spicy) in rice and stir.It’s Bibimbap. In a Japanese way, I used "udon: a unique Japanese noodle" instead of rice, and stirred it up and ate it. delicious.

ビビンパうどん　（料理）

韓国料理の定番料理に、「ナムル」と、それを使った「ビビンパ」がある。大根なます、大豆モヤシ、ゼンマイ、青菜（アブラナ菜、ホウレンソウなど）の４種を茹でて調理してナムル（野菜のお浸し）にし、コチュジャン（唐辛子味噌：さほど辛くない）と共にご飯に混ぜてかき回して食べるのがビビンパ。私は日本的に、ご飯の代わりに「うどん：日本独特の麺」を使ってかき回して食べてみた。美味しい。
