More Naruto thoughts before bed…

Wonder what it must have been like for the people of Konoha to eat “humble pie” or “eat crow” when two of their favorite victims/targets of bullying - you know the “cold-blooded, friend-killing, son of a traitor” and “the demon boy who must be shunned at all costs” - became Hokage. Must’ve been “interesting” to now have to live under their rule. What’s that they say? Success is the best revenge?

Another thing I find absolutely wholesome from today's chapter is how Kakashi and Naruto spent so much time talking on the phone mostly about them (team 7) and their kids, man I love their bond so much 😭❤️

Their phone call was too long to the point that they lost track of time until it started to get dark and Gai had to go look for Kakashi

Look at Naruto's grin and how genuinely happy he is after talking to his sensei 😭❤️
