NTE QUEST ANALYSIS

Analysis:

Nanally has a strong fear of abandonment. Due to her past sorrows, in the present she has been afraid to lose those she loves again. This is why when daffodil had left, depression took over. Deep down , old trauma lingers within her heart, which caused her to shut down

Because of Daffodil being gone, Nanally craved for a connection again. This is why when the Tehee bear chose Nanally as its target , Nanally was tricked into the anomaly realm. It took advantage of her because it knew she was vulnerable and weak at that very moment so she could be trapped forever. For example , the vulnerability in her soul often links back to guilt. She feels guilt because of her past. Because in her past she was “wrongly blamed for things but still held back.”

The childhood anomaly from Nanally’s past shows us a lesson too. A lesson that we can’t hold on to things forever. Her badge is a symbol of this. Although that childhood anomaly does not exist anymore , the memories of childhood still linger within.

In this quest , the Mc does her best to protect Nanally. We get to see MC on a deeper level here , and I believe it was truly inspiring. Doing everything to protect Nanally because at the end of the day, everyone in Eibon is family and does their best to protect each other. Nanally is a child , a child that still has a lot of learning to do but is a very selfless child who cares about others before herself. In this quest I believe it shows us , that we are NOT running out of time. Whether we are a child or an adult that gazes into the mirror , and can’t define ourselves, that’s okay. We need to face challenges , and over come them , move forward and learn to heal. Do not be stuck in your own sorrows. For being stuck will only lead you backwards. You must move forward , even if the fog controls that path. Hold your light up high, and fight. Fight for who you are, and move forward through the fog. That’s where you will find your path.
