I have see a few comments about the Phatsa Naphitch fight but I don’t think people are factoring in how differently respecting your elders is viewed in Thailand. Especially those with a connection to you.
Phatsa wasn’t raised around alphas so he would not in any way see alphas as superior to omegas.
He would however see Naphitch disrespecting his stepmother and older brother. As someone who is also Naphitch’s senior and now a member of the family, but someone who can also be impartial he could very well see it as his place to scold Naphitch.
Naphitch wasn’t just claiming that Phatsa had no place living in the house, he was basically treating Phatsa like a gold digger a sentiment his father openly displays. As independent as Phatsa is this would definitely prick at his pride so he clapped back with Naphitch situation not being any different. That wasn’t a nice thing to say considering Naphitch situation but he was basically returning Naphitch’s energy.
So while I see Naphitch being upset that this omega has made a place in the household that he has been made to feel out of place in for years, I also don’t question Phatsa’s actions.
