"Hello! I hadn't seen this question before, haha, sorry! The lore of Madara and Mizumi begins when Madara leaves Konoha after being revived with the Izanagi. During this time, he meets a kunoichi from the Uzumaki clan who helps heal his wounds and assists him in implanting Hashirama's cell tissue into his body (since Mizumi is a highly skilled medical ninja). Madara realizes Mizumi's abilities and the power of her chakra. Madara knows that the power of the Uzumaki can be incredibly useful, as he had witnessed it before with Mito Uzumaki. After the girl helps implant Hashirama's tissue into Madara's chest, they part ways. Mizumi returns to Uzushiogakure.
An event occurs. The Whirlpool Village is attacked (as always XD). Mizumi, along with her clanmates, fights against the enemy. She faces off against a large number of ninjas until she's left exhausted from using dangerous sealing techniques. She collapses from fatigue, but a large number of enemies approach her again. They are defeated by a stranger. Mizumi wakes up in a cave alongside this stranger (Madara), who had taken her from the battlefield. They have a deep conversation, discussing topics like war and peace. Madara had his eyes set on her like a predator on its prey. Mizumi could be a valuable ally to collaborate with Madara's plans. Mizumi's goal was to become stronger to bring peace to Uzushiogakure. Madara begins to persuade her, convincing her that only he could bring peace to the world. Mizumi is amazed by the idea of the infinite Tsukuyomi, as she was a wounded and hurt kunoichi who had lost loved ones during the wars in her clan. Mizumi agrees to join Madara's plan, and they use an old Uzumaki clan base as their hideout. They spend many years together, and over time, feelings of love develop between them, although Madara is not very expressive. They also have descendants, Izuna Uzumaki, who is the father of Fuzo Uzumaki (Nagato's mother). They remain together until Mizumi passes away after many years, but before Madara awakens the Rinnegan, and the rest of the story is the history we already know."
