You got lost during the hotel’s annual New Year’s Eve party. You looked around the office you were in, recognizing it as where Phantom conducted his deals. You looked in a crystal ball to see grey swirling within it. You reached out to touch it

Phantom:

“Careful darling. You don’t want to mess with powers you know so little about.” you jumped back and whirled around to see Phantom.

“I mess with you” you flirted. Phantom chuckled, a sound as rare and beautiful as an emerald.

“But you never interact with my powers” he pointed out causing you to roll your eyes and playfully pout.

“Okay okay, but are you going to kiss me or not?”

“In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1″ he said before kissing you gently

Sharper:

“I wouldn’t touch anything in here if I were you” he said, causing you to whip around as you jumped back.

“Why not?”

“There’s a lot of powerful magic in here”

“What about...you? You’re in here”

“Very funny. You know what I meant. Now let’s go back to the party.”

“In a few seconds. I want this to be more private”

You gently pulled him in for a loving kiss.

Natemare:

“You do realize those are souls Phantom’s collected right?”

You jumped and turned to see Natemare.

“That’s how he stores them?”

“Yup” he said, popping the p.

“Let’s get out of here then”

“Hang on babes” he said before pulling you in for a kiss.

Natpai:

“Don’t touch that, please.” Natpai said and you jumped back, looking at the man talking to you. “Phantom has stuff in here you don’t want to mess with”

“Right. Thanks for keeping me from getting hurt”

“Any time”

“I’ve been meaning to ask...would you be my New Years Kiss?”

“I’d love that”

Soon enough the countdown began and you felt our heart skip a beat. When people cheered “Happy New Years!” he pulled you into a gentle yet quick kiss.

Natewolf:

“Careful! Phantom’s stuff can be really dangerous. Once I touched one of his spellbooks and was stuck as a wolf for a week” you had jumped ack when you heard a new voice and turned to see Wolf.

“Really?”

“Yeah he was pissed.”

“I bet”

You laughed a bit, ignoring the countdown but when the cheers came, Wolf gave you a quick, gentle kiss.

Echo:

“Please don’t touch that” you jumped back and turned to see Echo.

“That bad?”

“Phantom’s office can be pretty dangerous”

“Thanks for keeping me safe”

“Any time”

You were about to respond when you heard the cheers of the countdown and at its conclusion you gently kissed him.

Connotations

Natewolf: synonyms are weird because like if I invite you to my cottage in the forest that’s nice and cozy right? But if I invite you to my cabin in the woods you’re gonna die.

Sharper:It’s called connotation...

Natpai:my favorite is “butt-dial” versus “booty-call”

Natemare: I like “forgive me father for I have sinned” versus “sorry daddy I’ve been naughty”

Phantom: great news! Language is cancelled and you’re all grounded.

Natewolf had been told by Phantom that humans were a little weak and were rather susceptible to various illnesses and ways of being injured. That's why he freaked out when he heard that you got sick. He rushed to get soup and medicines for you as well as more blankets, to include an electric blanket. He also got tea and even stopped at Starbucks to get you a Medicine Ball.

There was a knock on your door. With a sniffle and a cough you answered it to see Wolf holding a Starbucks in each hand as well as several grocery bags. You let him in, wondering what in the world he was doing.

"Here. Drink this. I've read it helps you feel better. It's called a medicine ball? Thought it would help you feel better darling" Natewolf said, offering you one of the Starbucks cups. You took it and took a sip.

"Thank you. What are all the grocery bags?"

"Soup, more tea, medicine, and a couple of blankets. One is electric and heats itself." Wolf explained, "now let's get you back to resting. Are you hungry, sweetpea?" He asked, unpacking all the supplies onto the kitchen table.

"I am a little hungry..."

"Alright. Go ahead and relax on the couch. I'll make you some soup and toast."

Natewolf spent the day doting on you, making sure you were resting and getting better. You fell asleep on his shoulder and he smiled. He kissed your forehead and smiled.

"Feel better soon, sugarpea"

When Goldie had asked Wolf to come to her new apartment to ‘help her with some stuff’ he’d thought she’d meant some more...adult type fun. Not putting together her new platform bed for her. But here he was, trying (and failing) to put together a stupid wooden bed frame. He’d thrown the instructions aside, resolute that he wouldn’t be needing them. But after about 40 minutes of trying to make pieces fit any way necessary (and the pieces not looking close to how they did on the box) he grumbled and snatched the wretched papers up.

After reading them through finally he saw he...pretty much ruined this platform bed…

He’d drilled holes where they weren’t supposed to be, broke two pieces to ‘make them fit’ which just made them useless for their actual place, and overall he’d made a huge mess. Goldie’s double bed had broken pieces on it, a bunch of loose screws, and a ton of garbage filler from the box itself. Wolf grimaced. He knew Goldie wasn’t gonna be happy when she came back to see the huge mess he’d made of her bedroom. Or...how he’d destroyed her brand new platform bed…

And speak of the Devil and she shall appear. Wolf’s ear twitched as he heard the front door knob jiggle before Goldie let herself in, calling his name and telling him she’d picked up some takeout on her way back from the salon. The ego started panicking and didn’t know what to do! Did he just throw the pieces out the window? Out of sight, out of mind?? Or-or did he just lock her bedroom door and tell her he wasn’t finished yet? Hope she wouldn’t push the issue?? Maybe he could-

“Wolf are you done-Oh My GOD! What happened?!”

Wolf nearly lept out of his skin when his girlfriend’s voice spoke up right behind him. He whirled around, a toonish swirl sound effect accompanying the movement, and saw Goldie standing in her bedroom doorway with a gobsmacked look on her cute face as she took in the sight of her wrecked bedroom. She gestured helplessly to the pieces of the platform bed that lay around his feet but before she could say anything else he cut in,

“Please don’t be mad, sweetheart!! I messed up! I’m sorry!”

She tore her eyes away from the destruction and said in a shocked voice,

“Yeah! I can see that…”

She sighed and said, “You know you’re buying me a new one, right?”

He nodded and went over to her, wanting to hold her but not sure if she’d even let him. So when she huffed a laugh and opened her arms he practically barreled her over as he embraced her. She looked at everything and laughed a little and asked how on earth he’d even managed all of this. He refused to look her in the face and grumbled,

“The instructions weren’t clear!”

She rolled her eyes and had a feeling that with how stubborn Wolf was he probably hadn’t even read the damn instructions until it was too late. She’s not sure what she’d expected really. At least she hadn’t come home to a flooded apartment or something, so small victories, right? 

Wolf perked up and stuck his nose in the air and sniffed before grinning,

“You got takeout from that Chinese place all the way downtown??? Yes!!”

Goldie rolled her eyes and said playfully, 

“Yeah but with all the trouble you caused I’m not sure if you deserve any, mister!”

Instantly she was given the Look, the puppy eyes. She groaned and tried to look away, but Wolf just took the opportunity to bury his nose in her neck and pull her closer, his teeth nipping here and there, making her squeak and laugh. 

“Ugh FINE you dramatic wolf! You can have some! But only if you give me kisses later~”

Wolf all too happily agreed to her terms, then with a swift move he picked her up bridal style and started carrying her to the living room where the food was. Hearing her giggle as he carried her about with no problem made his metaphorical (for now) tail wag. And soon the two were eating while watching some good old mindless tv.

And before long they’d finished and cuddled up on the leather sofa, with Wolf laying on his back and Goldie cuddled to his front. His hand rested on her back and they just enjoyed each other’s presence. With a yawn Wolf said it was probably too late for him to get back to his own apartment. Goldie sleepily replied that he could stay over but with all the junk on her bed she was more than likely gonna sleep in her guest room.

“There ain’t nothin’ in there but a little twin mattress, so it’ll be kinda cramped with us both.”

Wolf gave a non committal sound and instead replied,

“Eh, don’t really care where I sleep so long as it’s next to you, sweetheart.”

Goldie lifted her head and chuckles a little and kisses his cheek.

“Aww and they say Mr. Phantom is the one that’s the smooth talker~”

Wolf laughs a little and pulls her closer. They settle in and watch their show, both soon falling asleep right there on the couch, but neither really concerned about it. Too at peace with everything to worry. <3

Maybe the battle egos are doing a secret Santa thing, and reader has to figure out what to get them? With any ego of your choice.

You glare at the piece of paper in your hand and let out a sigh. 

Natewolf's ears twitch at the sound of your sigh. Looking your way, he tilts his head a bit. "What's wrong, (Y/n)? Did the food not taste good?" He looks a little worried that he'll have to tell one of his employees to take it back. 

Shaking your head, you give him a small smile. "No, it's good! The food's perfect, Wolfie!"

Natewolf pouts and pats your shoulder. "Then what's wrong, honeybun?"

Looking up at the toon, you let out another sigh and show him the piece of paper. “I got Bones for secret Santa, and I have no idea how to pick a gift. I've only just met him and I'm nervous. What if I get him something he hates? What if I make a bad impression with the gift?" 

"Hey, hey, hey, easy there, sugar. You're gonna be alright, I know you just got introduced to him not that long ago, but lucky for you, he's my brother." Natewolf brings you into his side and gently rubs your arm. "He's a bit quiet, but I'll let you in on something. Bones loves to bake. His favorite thing to bake is cinnamon rolls. It's a treat he holds dear since Mare would make it for him when he'd feel down or after arguments." 

Wolf taps your nose, causing you to giggle. "Okay, anything else?" 

"He loves writing, he used to like motorcycles a lot, his favorite drink is scotch with ginger and lime." He chuckles when he sees your reaction to the drink. "I know, a bit weird, but he likes it. Let's see, his favorite color is yellow, his favorite flowers are daisies, he loves leather and denim jackets, especially ones he can customize himself." 

You smile, getting an idea of what to buy. Sliding out of his hold, you hug him tightly. "Thank you, Natewolf! You helped me out a bunch with this! I gotta go get the things right away!" Sliding out of the booth, you fix your jacket and smile excitedly at him. "By the way, definitely keep this on the menu! It's super yummy!" 

"Noted, thanks for helping me out today. Good luck with finding those gifts!" He grins as his tail wags in excitement. 

"Of course! Alright, I'm off!" Making your way out of the club, you text Natpai to ask him what kinds of bands or artists Bones listens to. Having a bounce in your step, you go through the rest of the day getting everything you think would be great gifts for Bones. 

When the day finally comes to exchange gifts, you're feeling very nervous. Not just the fact you're afraid he wouldn't like anything, but you feel like you went a bit overboard. Carrying three medium boxes, two small bags, and one tiny box all neatly wrapped, you huff as you knock the front door of Phantom's home. 

After a few seconds, Phantom opens the door and is a little taken aback seeing all the gifts you have. "Do you want help?? Here, let me get it." 

"N-no, I'm fine! Just tell me where to put these down." You smile reassuringly and walk inside when Phantom steps aside. 

"Yeah sure, in the living room by the tree. Everyone is in there already." He smiles and closes the door behind him, making his way back to the kitchen. 

Nodding, you carefully walk over to the living room. "Hey, guys!" 

"Hey! Whoa, you need help with any of that?" Natemare stands up from the couch and gets ready to take the presents from you. 

Taking a step back, you shake your head. "Nope! I'm okay! Thanks, though." Carefully putting down the presents by the tree, you smile and open your arms to Mare since he was the closest to hug. "God, you're way too warm, Mare." 

Natemare lets you go and giggles. "I don't think you still having your jacket on helped." 

"Yeah, it didn't." Taking off your jacket and scarf, you place them on the edge of the couch and make your way to hug the rest of the boys. 

"Can we start now that (Y/n)'s here!?" Natpai shouts in the direction of the kitchen. 

"Yeah! Go ahead, I'll be there in a sec!" Phantom yelled back. 

Natpai bounces up to his feet and excitedly walks over to the tree. Picking up two boxes, he grins when he walks over to you and hands you the gifts. "Happy Holidays, (Y/n)!" 

"Thank you!" You giggle, seeing him shift from side to side. Carefully opening the first box, you grin when you see a sweatshirt that has your favorite video game character on it. "I love it! It's super soft too, oh my god! I love the colors, thank you so much, Natpai!" 

"You're welcome! You still have the second one!" 

Folding the sweatshirt and putting it back in the box, you put it by your feet and carefully open the other one. Your eyes widen when you open the box seeing pins, art, and postcards from various games, shows, and musicians you like. 

"What do you think?? Do you like it?" Natpai smiles down at you. 

"Like it? I love it!!! Thank you!!" Moving the box aside, you stand up and give him a big hug and kiss his cheek. "It's amazing!" 

Natpai slightly blushes and giggles. "You're welcome!" 

Phantom smiles as he walks in. "Alright, that means it's (Y/n)'s turn to give their gifts." Taking a seat in the empty armchair, he takes a sip of his drink. 

"R-right..." You smile nervously and look towards Natewolf, who gives you a thumbs up. Taking a deep breath in, you pick up the gifts and walk over to Bones, who looks very surprised. 

"W-wait these are all for me?..." He glances down at all the gifts and back at you for confirmation. 

"Yup! All for you. I hope you like them!" 

Bones has a faint smile as he nods and starts to open each gift. The small box has pairs of black studded earrings and one that has a chain connected to another earring so it would be dangling when he puts it on. One of the small bags has a bunch of pins of daisies, his favorite yellow things, and from bands he listens to. The other small bag has a bunch of patches from bands, shows, and various things he finds interesting. One of the boxes has a cinnamon roll mug cake kit that also comes with another mug and hot chocolate mix. The last two boxes have a brand new leather jacket and a plain, dark blue denim jacket. 

Bones is quiet for a moment, taking everything in. It makes you a little scared, to say the least, but what you don't expect is for him to stand up and hesitantly wrap his arms around you. It takes you a moment to realize something as you hug him back. 

Bones is crying. That only makes you hug him tighter and you feel him pull you closer. 

"Th-thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!" He steps back a bit and wipes his eyes with his sleeve. "I'm sorry...I should've asked first...I'm sorry-" He blinks, a bit caught off guard when you immediately hug him again. 

"Don't be sorry...I'm just glad you like the gifts, Bones...I was nervous that you wouldn't, honestly." 

"I-.... I love everything...thank you, (Y/n)."

This is a VERY important question. What would all of the characters be for Halloween?

I LOVE IT OKAY!

Lydia would be a ghost, yes they look like any other human but she's put her own little twist to it!

Leon would choose a simple costume like a Vampire or recreate something from his childhood.

Claire would be a police officer to poke fun at Leon but also see what it's like wearing a uniform like that.

Jill would dress up as a witch. It's simple, cute and fun. But it's also something she'd be able to change in and out of in case she's called in.

Carlos would be a werewolf. Hands down he's just like a big puppy already.

Steve Harrington wouldn't dress up unless his S/O or one of the kids asks if he could. That being said itd be a super cute Halloween costume with his S/O. If it's with the kids it's definitely something nerdy they've been watching recently.

Nancy Wheeler would be a cute Vampire. Not a sexy one. A cute one. But it's definitely one that catches peoples eyes. But also doubles as an outfit in case something happens with the group and she has to go protect them.

Robin wouldn't dress up. I honestly see her spending Halloween with her girlfriend eating sweets and watching horror movies all night.

Peter would and only if he couldn't find one in time would definitely wear his spidey suit. Other than that it's definitely a costume from one the avengers or hed be a huge dork and be a sheet ghost.

Natpai would dress up as his favorite anime character at the time. He has everything perfect down to the props.

Natemare dresses up as his favorite slasher! He goes all out for it! Tons of blood details, scars if they have any. This boy goes all out for his favorite holiday.

Phantom would actually well be a Phantom. Hed dress up as the Phantom of the Opera cause everyone says it's cause of his name so he gives in or he'd actually dress up and as ghost. Pale skin clothes kinda torn and dirty. Maybe some blood splatter on his shirt. But he definitely converts his hotel into the theme of the Shining every year so what ever he chooses would actually fit his theme.

Natewolf goes all out for dressing up too! He gets super excited! I think he'd pay tribute to a character he looks up to but also puts his own spin on it so it's not a carbon copy. Hed definitely have a punny costume that people either laugh at or roll their eyes and giggle when they figure it out.

So I wanna say im sorry to everyone who's been waiting for new fics. I don't have a working laptop right now and it took me so long to post the most recent fic. But I do wanna take requests for Halloween!

They'll be little imagines rather than full on fics since I can't post fics on mobile. I miss writing so please send in some Halloween requests! I wanna give you guys the spooky content since Halloween is my all time favorite holiday to write about!
