Saying goodbye to Natm on Netflix
Dear Netflix, thank you for having the franchise on your platform for 120 days, for a couple of days Night at the Museums was trending on the top 10 movies in the United States And #1 on Netflix Kids top 10 movies beating Kpop Demon Hunters alongside the first two movies on the same list for a few days as well.
And let me tell you, Netflix did more for NATM than Disney Plus did, I remember when the first two Natm movies came on Disney Plus five years ago the first movie was on the trending page way at the end for one day, one day, but on Netflix it was trending for a few days in a row.
Because of Netflix, we introduced a new generation of kids, adults, and families to the movies and reunited people who hadn't watched them in years. And of course, hopefully, to inspire people to learn about history.
And it showed me that people still care about the franchise and I was shocked to see it do well by being on the top 10 movies both on regular and on Netflix Kids.
But anyways Netflix thank you, for what you have done for the trilogy, and as much as I might regret never watching it on the platform (yes I admit I didn't watch any of the films on Netflix despite doing the updates) I am glad other people were able to watch and hopefully enjoy the franchise as I do.💙
PS: I've been surviving watching the franchise on physical media and I refuse to watch the trilogy on Disney+.
Hi guys it’s been like 3 years since my last actual post (but I uhm deleted it because yes) so anyway have some Teddy & Wea because they are the cutest (and my personal fav couple/ship in the NaTM franchise)
Also guys GUYS. WHAT are we DOING.WHY do these cuties not have a single ship name liek. Cmon NaTM fandom give these two some love!! I aint tagging all my Teddy/Wea posts with some bLAND “Teddy x Sacagawea” like..NO! GIMME SOME SHIP NAME PROPOSITIONS!!! (I’ve heard of TedWea being used but that was like in a single TikTok of them so idk if that counts)

Okay, This might be a big Natm Hot Take but…
I find it so interesting that Ben Stiller’s characters Larry and Laaa both get kiss scenes by their white love interests Amelia and Tilly respectively while Teddy and Sacajawea both being a interracial couple don’t get one especially when they’ve been together since the first film.
Listen, I know not everyone in the Natm fanbase don’t like Teddy and Sacajawea together for one reason or the other and I respect that, but I find it interesting that the white characters get kiss scenes while Teddy and Sacajawea being the og natm couple and a interracial couple never get a real kiss scene(besides blowing kisses and kiss on the hand).
I think they were going to do one for the third film as it was in the Junior novelization for NATM3 but they decided to cut it out I think(this is my theory) it’s because maybe they don’t want kids to think that the real Theodore Roosevelt and Sacajawea were in love in real life, I definitely don’t think the real Roosevelt’s racist opinions were in filmmakers minds at that time.
I’m sure there’s people out there that are glad Teddy and Sacajawea never got a kiss scene and they’re entitled to their opinion. But as someone who is one in few people who do like Teddy and Sacajawea as a couple, I just find it interesting they never got one while all the white couples get to kiss each other, but then again in Natm 3, Nicky was in love a Filipino girl name Andrea, while in Kahmunrah Rises Again he was in love with a black girl name Mia, he never got to kiss any of these girls but at the same time their probably just starting out(at least in the case of Mia).
Not calling out the filmmakers behind the franchise racist but at the same time I find it a little unfair, but that’s how I feel. PS: no shade to anyone who likes Larry/Amelia and Laaa/Tilly.
Okay NATM fans since you guys loved my 20 weeks of NATM Characters idea to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Night at the Museum this year, I want to know what date you think should I kick off the first character of the week. In my first post about the idea I said maybe I'll do the week leading up to Museum-ber(aka December/Night at the Museum month) but after seeing Warner Bros celebrate Space Jam's 30th anniversary early when that movie came out in November, I thought maybe we could kick it off early, But what do you think, what date should I start the 20 weeks of NATM characters? And by the way, we’re highlighting 20 NATM characters for 20 weeks straight.
June 2nd though October 19th
June 9th through October 27th
July 14th through November 30th
According to the Night at the Museum Junior Novelization, the ending takes place a year after the events of Larry first becoming a night guard. Which would make sense since Parent Career Day happens once a year.
Okay, question of the week: I realized that in Night at the Museum, they had a Parent Career Day at the beginning, which was mentioned, and at the end of the movie, when Larry got chosen to be the career day parent. It made me think, did the end of Night at the Museum happen months later, or a week later or Nicky’s school decided to do another Parent Career Day the next week later.

Breaking News NATM Fans!
That's right Netflix is going to give Night at the Museum a Second Chance in Animation with a brand new 10-episode limited series streaming in winter of this year. The new show will be called ‘Night at the Museum: World Tour’
And according to article the series will take place five years after the third film as Former Night Guard Larry Daley will be reunited with his friends from the Museum Natural History like Theodore Roosevelt, Jedediah, Octavius, Sacajawea, Attila the Hun, Ahkmenrah and Dexter the Monkey and Rexy, As they are now being brought to life by a new artifact which was stolen from the Louvre, Larry and his friends have to travel to Paris France to give the artifact back to a beautiful Egyptian princess while a former foe of theirs wants the tablet for herself.
The article states that all of the original cast will be reprising their roles in the animation series however no word on who's voicing Teddy or the other new characters but I guess we’ll here more as time goes on.
According to, a spokesperson they said that ‘Night at the Museum is a beloved franchise and we’re excited to continue the story of Larry and his museum friends, the new series will promise to stay true to the characters and Lore of the first three films and that fans will be able to get know their favorite characters a lot more in this new series as the NATM Universe will be expanding.”
Very excited and a bit nervous but I think it’s going to be good and I hope you’re excited too.


April fools! it’s not happening!
With seeing all of the hype from the Hannah Montana Fans for the show’s 20th Anniversary this Month on social media, I hope we the Night at the Museum Fandom will all work together in anyway we choose to celebrate Night at the Museum's 20th Anniversary when December comes around cuz there's a chance Disney won't acknowledge NATM's 20th Anniversary
One idea I have it’s for 20 weeks straight leading up to Museum-ber (aka December/NATM Month) I would be doing a character of the week where once a week I’ll highlight a NATM character so one week would be Jedediah week and the next week would be Larry week
I got this idea from the Muppets cuz when they celebrated their 70th Anniversary from 2024 to 2025 for 70 weeks straight they highlighted over 70 Muppets on social media and it got all of the fans excited.
So if we do this, it could be a way for all of us to celebrate and we can celebrate by making fan art, fan edits, making fanfic or anything for the character celebrated that week.
But I’m not going to do this if you are willing to celebrate too, do you guys like the NATM Character of the week idea?

Update on how Night at the Museum is doing on Netflix, is still going strong, yesterday Night at the Museum has moved up to Number 5 on The Top 10 Movies in the U.S previously at Number 6, and on Netflix Kids all of the NATM Movies are doing strong on The Top 10 Kids Movies in the U.S the following numbers are:
Night at the Museum at Number 1 still beating Kpop Demon Hunters
Battle of the Smithsonian still on Number 3
And Secret of the Tomb has moved back to Number 6 after a few days being on Number 4
So yeah NATM is doing well on Netflix very surprised by the resurgence of the franchise, even sites like Screen Rant and Collider are talking about it.
