Certificate Nation - The birther agenda
I'm not spending a lot of time on this. I completely disagree with what the President just did yesterday. Why give in to lunatics that have no other agenda than being asses? And now Mr. 3 bankruptcies but I will fix the nation has the balls to say "I did this". Whitey please...
So, ok, he showed it, the official certificate that establishes he WAS born in Hawaii. Can we finally drop the subject? Of course not, because it establishes the FACT of the matter. What is that? Well that he is not a natural born citizen. And how do they define that? Oh here's the awesome part. By calling on the words of some swiss guy who was not a citizen. Are you scratching your head yet?
So this smart swiss guy called Emerich de Vattel wrote a book that many of our founding fathers had where he defines natural born citizen. However, the Constitution, you know, that legitimate document we defend, doesn't define it. It defines a citizen and that definition is not the same as Vattel's. He establishes that natural born citizen means having both parents be citizens and being born in the country.
So long story short, Birthers now call on Vattel as the knowledgeable leader that certifies that because Obama had only one parent that was citizen, it removes the possibility of him becoming president. Wait a tick...I thought he already was. Are they trying to turn back the clock? Is that it?
So the Constitution establishes natural-born citizens can only run for president, but then it doesn't describe the word. Do you know how many alternate definitions can be created out of natural-born? And as a result, it will be argued forever and ever without a definite resolution. So again I have to ask....WHAT IS THEIR POINT?
My thought? There is no point, only skin pixels. If it were a white man, born in Alaska, with a mother from the US and a father from Germany, I guarantee you, we would not be having this debate.
So, as the official certificate is presented, and the natural-born citizen chip is thrown in the table, and other crazy ideas like selective service, social security fraud, etc. we have to wonder...
IS THIS F@CKING RAPTURE GOING TO HAPPEN ON THE 21ST OF MAY OR WHAT? Please Imaginary God, take your people with you and leave the rest of us down here. They are not needed.
