 “You know, Ryan. I would have thought you would have been... easier to control. Dreams can only go so far, but you’re not scared of me are you?”

 “---- Do I scare you?” 

He asked with his head tilted for a few moments at her, if he was being honest with himself, he honestly might have scared her, but there was one thing he learned to accept with Ryan; she always seemed to be impossible to predicted. A reason why he enjoyed his time with her.

        “So, you must be the human that my Father has been sneaking              off to see; honestly, I wouldn’t have figured you to be his type.                           You know, alive, and part of the Alliance.”

“I’m not really sure myself what’s going on here.  I know that there is something amiss and I was sent to straighten things out.”

She crossed her arms over her chest and tilted her head. “Who are you anyway?”

“Something amiss.” 

However, the words were more less muttered to herself ---- it sounded like what someone would say in a book she would read. No, this is reality, Ryan. Whatever is in books stays in books ---- most of the time at least.

“I.. erm.” She moved her left hand up to get some way-ward hair out of her face, and push it behind  one of her ears, “Ryan.... what do you mean sent to straighten things out?”

Oh, why did she have to show up late? Usually, she was on time --- she almost always was on time. It didn’t matter where she was, but instead, she was late, and possibly wasn’t even at the right office. Oh well, she didn’t want to talk about her problems anyways.

“---- I’m in the wrong place again.” She managed to get out, but it was mostly to herself.

To say the very least, she got lost easily ---- it didn’t even matter if she had maps, but as per-usual, she ended up not watching where she was going. If she was, she might have noticed she didn’t know where she was, but then again? She honestly doubted that she was going to get where she was going anyways. She should have learned how to drive, but instead she didn’t.
