Getting started hunting can be scary and overwhelming but this blog can help you on all you need to get started without spending and an arm a leg!
Hunting has been a part of human survival and culture for thousands of years. Today, it’s not just about harvesting meat — it’s about reconn

For this week's message of encouragement, I challenge you to take a few minutes throughout the week to participate in this mindful scavenger hunt. You don't have to find them all but choose a couple to look out for. I hope this week brings you moments of joy and relaxation. (PS—drink some water 💛)
Dani, I took this assignment very, very seriously!
Something that makes you smile: My goofy cat.
A calming color: A recent sunset in my yard.
A happy memory: My baby boy (I miss him so, so much 😭)
An interesting texture: I saw this at TJ Maxx.
A cozy spot where you feel relaxed: The Book Club, East Village... this place is AWESOME!
A sound you enjoy listening to: Hozier's voice... all... the...time! lol (I SEE HIM LIVE THIS WEEK!!! AGH!!!)
Something that smells nice: YSL Mon Paris (a gift rec'd this week!)
An item that brings comfort: My weighted blanket it's everything
A tree/plant I like: This is at my local environmental center.
Something that makes you grateful: PRIDE has begun. This was taken earlier this week DTS (Down the Shore for non-Jersey folks). I attended 2 community-focused pride events yesterday. There were all these children there with their families, and I was tearing up thinking how different my life would have been if we had had things like this when I was a child. I'm so, so grateful that today (despite A LOT of fights left), my corner of the world is a much, much more accepting and knowledgable place now. Kids growing up today will have a whole different experience, and that makes all the fight worthwhile, and for that, I'm so, so grateful.
Something to dance to: Tongue Tied by Group Love - I was dancing to this with friends yesterday! :)
A beautiful sky scene: Also taken DTS this week. :)
