“Oh, don’t worry- my sword isn’t for hurting people. Actually, it can’t- it’s really special. Peter Pan made it for me out of the wood of the Forever Tree!”

Eager to show off his aforementioned sword, he pulled it out of his vest and held it out proudly. 

“It’s really strong, and it can cut anything- I mean like vines, wood, rocks... But not people. It’s magic! Pretty cool, right?”

       “Uhh...What?”        She'd crouched down, resting upon the balls of her feet, a finger outstretched to poke at the walking sponge. Or is that what this thing was? It certainly looked like a walking dish sponge. If it in fact was, she’d most d e f i n i t e l y seen it all now. It was tempting, though, to rip a chunk of it off to see if it would actually clean anything, but, for now, Ember just kinda wanted to...poke the sponge.
