Children’s Book

Hi Friends! 

So something on my heart for a long time has been to write a children’s book for children of military families. I’ve been looking for an illustrator to either hire for commission or split the profits of the book with. Wondering if anyone out there in the MILSO community has a talent for illustration and would be interested in working together.

First fish I’ve caught here on base would be an extremely poisonous one. Lionfish Incase you’re not knowledgeable on such things. I wasn’t either. Me and my excited self went to reach for it only for my husband to go “OMG DO NOT TOUCH THAT!” Because he wasn’t sure if there’s an anti-venom for Lionfish. At least one of us knew about the local species 😅

Having one of those nights...

...where I can't stop crying long enough to fall asleep. Normally I'm pretty good at keeping myself together but tonight I just miss you too much. I wish you were here in bed with me so I could cuddle up and fall asleep with my head on your shoulder. These nights alone are slowly killing me.
