Never be afraid to change your name. You may go through twenty, or two, or maybe you like your birth name. But never worry that you’re changing it too many times. You’re trying to figure yourself out, and there’s going to be some trial and error involved.

You dont need to be in a constant state of misery and dysphoria to be trans/nb!
If it goes away for a while that doesnt mean it was just a phase! You know you better than anyone. Dont let the gremlins tell you to doubt yourself!

Nonbinary folks who are restricted by binary gender options when filling out forms are 100% valid, and I feel your pain. Remember, though, that just because the world is taking its time understanding us doesn’t mean we aren’t real and worthy of recognition. You are not defined by the ‘male’ and ‘female’ boxes, even when you are forced to pick one.
When your confused or frustrated about yourself and your identity, just take a step back. There is no time limit to figuring yourself out. Just breathe for a moment. Do some research. Experiment with presentation. Refocus on another task and come back.
Defining yourself isn’t gonna be easy for everyone. So don’t push yourself. It’s not gonna help. Be kind yourself regardless
