Think about it: you cannot exist in the world without being influenced. Even if it is happening subconsciously, everything you are doing is in part a product of your past and circumstances. This whole idea of being an “original” seems kind of flawed. To be truly original, you would have to live in a vacuum and be entirely without influences… and you’d must likely be boring as fuck.
