Recently visited @mr_mccracken in Essendon Fields and had their Diavola Pizza! One of the better diavola pizzas I have tried in recent times. Their toppings included mozzarella, spicy salami, nduja, olives & chilli. The base was cooked perfectly, though I like mine more on the crispy side. Toppings were delicious and the Nduja gave it the right amount of kick deserving of the name. If you don’t know what Nduja is it’s a spicy spreadable salami originating from the Calabrian region of Italy 🇮🇹. The Nduja here is made locally as it’s not very easily imported, but still tastes amazing!
