Who is the one who asks these questions?
Who is the one who makes it (e.g. the trigger, the situation, the absense of a reply) mean anything?
Who is the one who takes it personally?
Who is the one who feels rejected, overlooked, ignored?
Who is the one who is annoyed?
Who is that "I"?
Can you find it - can you pinpoint it?
Is it in the body? In the thoughts? In the sensations? Is any of these things the "little me"?
Even if you hear a "yes", who is saying it?
Who is that voice?
Who is aware of all of this?
See, you cannot find this "little me". There is no separate entity.
Everything, no matter how uncomfortable, is just that - waves passing through awareness. Temporary moving images. Nothing lasts, nothing stays forever.
But what always remains. The one "thing" that is always present is the real You - God/the Divine/Awareness/Consciousness - this pure presence, infinite, invisible stillness.
Forever untouched, unshaken, unbothered, unmoved.
Label-free. No beginning. No end.
Just this.
Welcome home.
