While I was out driving the other morning, the light on the street was just real nice so I snapped a pic while I was at a stop sign

Surprise ducks! A momma and here TWELVE DUCKLINGS were just suddenly near me and absolutely none of the pics came out well. I blame the surprise of it all and the sun being brighy and annoying.

A parhelion on the day I went with my partners to do hanami under the sakura trees. It was nice. c:

i was told my accent has a lot of inflections, especially higher up nearer the end of my sentences. so i guess i did pick up something from my mother despite only being almost 3 and half years old by the time we left the country in ‘98. i think i can sort of understand it saying things out loud?? p e r h a p s

History time, bitches!! The handsome looking fellow on the right is William Hamilton, who was Alexander Hamilton's grandson. This guy had a couple of kids, one of which married a fellow named Harry Wetrich. Those two had a couple of kids, who had a couple of kids- and one of them was a boy named Donald Wetrich.

Now THAT guy, whose cat is hella cute but hella mean, was my grandfather- he's Alexander Hamilton's great great great great grandson. And if you can follow simple logic, that makes ME Alexander Hamilton's great great great great great great granddaughter!

I've known about the relation for a while, but my mom was helping my grandma move out of her house, and they found that old picture of William Hamilton. It makes it a lot more real to be able to connect names with a face.

So now whenever I want to see a picture of one of my old relatives, all I have to do is pull out a ten dollar bill! Now that's pretty fuckin neat!
