Day 25 | Fado

I was listening to fado while practicing today. I shouldn’t be surprised I ended up in a neck hang, even though I haven’t done this one in years. I was surprised that I came out of it this way, though. I usually wrap my feet before coming out for some support, but instead I just trusted my one arm hang without thinking.
