𝙼𝚢 𝚋𝚒𝚛𝚝𝚑𝚍𝚊𝚢 𝚊𝚍𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 ✨ // [Butch Patrick • The Munsters]
It has been such an honor to have finally gotten the chance to meet & spend some time with another longtime favorite of mine - Edward Wolfgang Munster himself. Fun fact: Butch also guest starred on an episode of The Monkees (which happens to be one of my favorite episodes 😂).
I really enjoyed hearing him share a small handful of his life stories at his panel interview yesterday. Both Butch & Micky talked about the terrible contracts they were given back when they were on their shows - including no residuals (residuals weren’t a normal thing back then because there wasn’t much for syndication. Times have obviously changed & it really sucks knowing that contracts don’t get updated with the times). Hearing Butch share some stories about Fred Gwynne & Al Lewis was a huge highlight to hear as well.
Butch is such a sweet, kindhearted soul. He really does appreciate his fans & genuinely cares about what he & The Munsters mean to us. His awareness & understanding of Munsters fans in particular really means the world 💚
