The Phantom AU is an AU of FPE. During a school shooting, all of the students in the fundamental paper education school have died. Though their bodies lay lifeless in the school grounds, their spirits live on. Their spirits possess abilities and they roam around the abandoned school facility now. The teachers, who were hiding during a drill, were horrified at the massacre. Alice, pissed that Oliver had died, recreated the school ground as a Soul Containment and Research Facility. The teachers were given special crystals created by Alice to catch the spirits and contain them. They are also used to exorcise the ghosts if they possess a host body. The Teachers were spread into 2 divisions. There is the 5S which stands for Seek and Search Student Souls Squad. Alice, Miss Circle, Miss Thavel, Miss Bloomie, Mr Compass all make up this group. They are responsible for catching any rogue phantom. The other division is Soul R.E.P.A.I.R, which stands for Soul Research - Examine - Pacify - And - Invent - Resurrection. The other teachers like Miss Grace, Miss Emily, Miss Sasha and Mister Demi all are in this unit. They study and take notes on the phantoms, Creating theories for potential resurrection, and Try to calm the spirits of the students. Alice and Soul R.E.P.A.I.R are at odds as Alice is determined to resurrect Oliver, no matter the cause. While the others in Soul R.E.P.A.I.R how to resurrect the rest of the students without having to put them in danger and not using reckless means to the spirits's resurrection.
