Does anyone have any good resources for learning American Sign Language?

I just encountered someone at my job who is deaf and I unfortunately only know a few basic signs… not nearly enough to communicate effectively.

I’d like to learn more so we can communicate in the future.

I plan on converting all of these meshes from ts4... at some point. It will probably take forever so if someone has their heart set on converting, please take some lol

Can anyone please direct/inform me if there are any studies on whether or not being in a medically induced coma allows the brain to heal faster from complex trauma? I just feel like the only way I can possibly make any progress with the current state of everything is if I’m unconscious for an extended period of time. But then again I’m not a medical professional by any means so I need some professional advice on things.
