8) Do you have any "saved" names for future dogs?I have a few, most are rejects from before Sparta. If I ever get that mixed-line bi-blue sheltie boy, his name will be Skaro. A second female sheltie could be Troja, while a possible future smooth collie would probably be Memphis.

9) Your favorite breed?Shelties, hands down. I'd love to own others, but not yet.

10) Your least favorite breed?I don't really have any? Dogs that have been bred to such a narrow reading of the standard that they're no longer fit to fulfill their original purpose is frustrating to me. And there are heaps of breeds that I'd just never be interested in owning, like most of the stockier terriers, chow chows, shar peis, pugs, french bulldogs (althoug correctly bred I'm sure they're lovely), many of the no-shedding companion breeds, etc. They're not dogs for me.

19) A trick you'd love to teach your dog?Hold! We started on it a while back, but I put a hold on it (ha. ha.) to try again when it feels more right. Sparta doesn't naturally grab things, so we'll have to work around that. Once she has that part, I feel like we could get it alright.

26) What's your dogs favorite game to play inside?Sparta's favourite inside game is to shame people by finding their empty chocolate wrappers. It doesn't matter where they are or how you've hidden them. They will reappear on her lookout spot in the middle of the living room (and people ask me why I'm not comfortable leaving her to roam free unattended.)

Not sure if I have much to report with regards to yesterday/so far today. Chemo and Mesna getting on like a house on fire in my body. MRI results (because I haven’t seen the scan) show - and obviously so - that Blob is fucking off slowly but surely, so this chemo malarkey is working it seems ;)

Mum visited yesterday morning and brought goodies and my sister came for a cheeky visit yesterday at lunch which was nice, and had dad and Stuart over for some pizza and a film last night (Into the Woods). Got to open Stuart’s birthday presents since he is jetting off on holiday on his birthday. Ate my pizza like a crazy person last night haha! Other than that, chemo happened, still being constantly pumped with Mesna. Back on the chemo at 2ish today, may go for a little sing before that with the music therapist, then just to be left  alone to rest I hope. So very tired from bad night’s sleep with weeing all the damn time thanks to the amount of fluid being pumped into me. Had a nice lunch and now to just watch some tat for a bit and doze.

Yesterday was humid like crazy in this joint, so I‘m glad it cooled down! Also I’m going to nab some DVD’s from upstairs while I’m up there with the music therapist :)
