Dave is too afraid to actually do anything physically to Duncan while he's awake, but just wait until he's asleep tonight. He'll get revenge for that poor goth girl.
(Oh FUCK. This boy does revenge well, too. HE better watch his damn back, lmao!)

Welp
( guess I should have predicted THAT lol, BAD Duncan BAD!!! Lol. I should know you better then this girl. At least I know there were people willing to defend me/ poor Gwen)
“I won’t let you.”
Mal couldn’t help but laugh.
The jig was up, he’s seen Mal getting ready to try to lessen the competition. He’d have to be dealt with. He slowly turned around, looking at the brave soul.
Well, at least he had the guts to speak up once, who knows if this one was actually brave.
“You won’t let me?” You?” He hissed in a whisper, turning his attention back to the sleeping girl behind him only for a brief moment before glancing back at the boy. “Out. Now. We’ll continue talking outside.”
“i can’t breathe, i can’t –”
Woah.
He’d never seen someone flip out that badly at getting mud on themselves. Duncan took a moment to process what exactly was going on here. They had just went through a military style obstacle course; a trench with barbed wire filled with mud at the end.
Now, Dave was on the opposite team and had crossed the finish line at the same time Duncan had, but god.
This guy had a phobia of mud or something…
The punk had managed to get through with only his legs and forearms covered but Dave had gotten a good bit.
Yes he was on the opposite team.-that shouldn’t matter- Yes he shouldn’t care, he’s too tough for that.-Who was he kidding?- But.. Duncan spent no time in thought. He immediately slipped his shirt off, grabbed the smaller camper by the arm to stop him from moving too much, and started using his cleaner shirt to wipe off the mud.
“Dave, right? Man, quit strugglin’ it’s ok.. I got ya.”
He worked, glancing at his eyes every so often, trying to gauge if he was calming down at all. “We’re getting it off, it’s ok…” Yeesh, it was like Courtney and green jelly. He has a phobia of mud, doesn’t he?
“Inhale, Dude.. A’ight.. now blow out..”
“Love is illogical, it means nothing to me.”
Wow. That was one hell of a new conversation opener.
To be fair though; Lindsay and Tyler were making out about ten feet from them sitting at the opposite table.
Duncan just cast a lazy stare over at the couple and huffed. “Sounds like you either haven’t found the right one, or you and the right one need to sit down and have a talk.”
Duncan, don’t give advice on this your love life just about has a body count.
An eyebrow raised, finally glancing over to the other.“Wanna talk about it, bud?”
“If you hadn’t come, I would’ve managed just fine.”
Who did this boy think he was fooling?
“If I hadn’t- Man, if I hadn’t come you’d be dead by now. Or worse, alive and chow for that guy.” He rubbed his sore hand as he spoke, feeling the knuckles where they’d been split due to punching Zeke in the face to get him away from Dave.
Those teeth were sharp.
They were both lucky Zeke ran off after being punched, because Duncan wasn’t sure he could take the guy in a full out fight.
Duncan wiped his uninjured hand on his shirt before offering it out to Dave. “Sorry, you actually ok? He didn't’ get you too badly, did he?”
