I was originally gonna give him like a little comical cartoon bomb, you know the ones that are just circles with a fuse but I ended up giving him one inspired by the bombs seen in many of the boost games.

Heh well... It's still new and has concepts as I literally created it in idk 5 mins literally two days ago, BUT ☝️ I'll tell ya what is like cemented. Which apparently is Tyrants backstory bc I'm biased, sorry Stryker

(mini ficlet or something below)

Tyrant was a patient at a hidden research facility that was completely off the records. He had been there all his life, with his earliest memories consisting of the dark, cold cell he once resided in. Instead of receiving treatment, he was subjected to tests—experiments that were either too risky or unrefined before being approved. You could call it Mobian experimentation.

He, along with others, was used daily by faceless adults—some in white lab coats, others in yellow bodysuits with masks that never revealed their identities.

Tyrant—or rather, Patient 029—had never known a life outside those walls. Even if he considered it "normal," it was nonetheless traumatic for the poor kit. He had never been shown love, gentleness, or kindness—he had never even heard the words before. All he knew was pain and obedience, because if you didn’t obey, you only got hurt more. That was precisely why he was considered one of the "favorites"—but that wasn’t a good thing.

It only meant he was the favorite for testing.

So, when the faceless adults in white coats arrived with a hospital bed, he wasn’t surprised when they wordlessly strapped him in.

He knew the routine. He was going in for another surgery.

He just hoped they used enough anesthesia this time.

As they prepared the injection, he braced himself for the familiar prick, squeezing his eyes shut. No matter how many times he had been injected, he still hates needles.

But the pain never came.

Instead, he heard rustling—then a sharp yell.

“Hey, what are you—?!”

A loud thud. Then another. Heavy objects crashing onto the floor.

When he finally opened his eyes, the straps around his wrists, ankles, and tails had been undone. In an instant, he was scooped up into someone's arms.

He was in a state of shock as the familiar walls blurred past him—until they weren’t familiar anymore.

He thought he was outside.

He had never seen the outside before, but nothing around him looked like the facility.

His gaze slowly lifted, his body still trembling, to see the face of the one holding him so tightly.

It was an adult in an white coat. But this time, he had a face.

Bright pink eyes stared down at him. His lips parted, as if they were about to say something—

But the words never came.

In a flash, red liquid dripped from the spiky, yellow-furred adult’s eye, seeping through three deep slashes.

The same red liquid dripped from the terrified, shaking blue kit’s claws... (TBC? Idk I'm done writing for the night)

What happened was Stryker had impulsively saved Tyrant and only him from that facility. He had stumbled upon said facility by accident as it was hidden as an abandoned warehouse, which Stryker was planning to crash at for the night. Who knew he was going to get a whole knew brother instead huh? Stryker btw is NO HERO. He takes jobs for commission because he loves rings(money lol). Don't ask him why he saved Tyrant, he just did. He was already too far gone when he gave the ex-orphan a name. Ask him if he has baby photos of Tyrant and he'll pull out an album outta no where.

I plan on sharing more of them hopefully through art work!

About Stryker and Tyrant!

Stryker the hedgehog

An assassin for hire. He'll do any job that pays well. Want someone gone or found? Something stolen? Don't want your hands dirty? He's your hedgehog! Pay him right and you'll get your money's worth—pay him shit, and you'll get your money's worth. What suddenly was a solo job became a family business when he took in a helpless blue two-tailed-fox. Who he raised and now his partner in crime, his ride or die, and adorable little brother all in one!

Growing up in a world that's given up on itself and the people, Styker had to do a lot for himself even since he was young. He found freedom when he ran away, but found shackles when he realized the world revolves around currency. With no education and utterly desperate, he found himself taking any job. From a young age he learned about street smarts; how to be alert, think fast, and never hesitate.

He's a stone cold hedgehog when meeting him. Never smiles unless you're covered in shiny gold and worth a lot—or if you make a good enough joke. He can have a strong poker face—until it comes down to his brother.

At home he's unguarded, he's smiling, laughing, crying even if he's watching a good movie.

Tyrant the Fox

Stryker's partner in crime, his trained dog, and little brother!

Tyrant can be the littlest of shits. He's a feral thing, he will growl or snarl if too close for comfort. He's untrusting of anyone and anything he sees. So yes, he does bite.

Don't underestimate him however—he may speak like a two year old and scratch his ear like a dog—but he can claw an eye out if he feels inclined to, or told to. He isn't just good with attacking, but he can conjure up some contraption that works just how he says it will. Don't ask him to toast your bread though, he can't figure out a toaster.

As menacing the blue kit can be, he's actually very unstable. He can't be left alone too long or else he'll panic and lose all common sense. Once, he nearly met his end when separated from Stryker for too long because of his reckless search to find the golden hedgehog.

He has a fear of abandonment, so never expect him to be far from Styker for long. Only an hour or two on missions, otherwise they'll always be side by side. Stryker doesn't mind, he wouldn't have it any other way.

Though because of his past, Tyrant has PTSD. If ever triggered, Styker is the only one who can comfort the little blue kit. Stryker is Tyrant's ground and stability.

Their bond

In their world, trust is so rare that it barely exists. To them, trust is everything. Their bond is strong, but a little too much.

Tyrant sees Styker as his savior, he'll do whatever he says like a trained dog, no questions asked just where and when. He will obey, but doesn't mean he'll always do it quietly though. He can be very protective of Stryker, always looking out for him when they're outside or on a job. Stryker is always a priority in Tyrant's eyes. He's home, he's safe, and he's family.

Stryker sees him the same. Tyrant is the only real family he has and he wouldn't trade that for anything. Which also means he tolerates the little blue devils bad attitude when it's brought to the surface.

Besides that, he will always be there for him. He knows it, Tyrant knows it, so there's no "When I'm gone..." conversations.

They depend on each other and they'll always be a two-package deal.

I'll build more of their world in another post, oneday, but hopefully this is leligible lol.

I don’t wanna come off as trying to pressure you into anything, but you should totally try and expand on your negative au a little more, I understand All for you is wholesome and adorable and I love it. But I took one look at tyrant and my brain said, “hehe mischievous lil baby biy, look at how reranged he is>:3 I lovesed him!”

I just want it to be known more clearly I adore him and would buy a plushie of him. He is so deranged looking and I loves it so much.

I KNOWWW!! I've been meaning too! I only have like tiny, very tiny key points down. My Negative AU is just so drastically different from my Slice of Life "All For You AU" that it's kinda, like, intimidating. I will try tho trust, It's always nagging me whenever I see the two bc I'm just so proud of their designs! And thank you sm for your support and love for my lil chaotic menace 🩷 and he is very much deranged.
