Not gonna lie, I was more hyped to see Godzilla: King if the Monsters than End Game 🤣🤣🤣
Was it predictable? Yep. Was it over the top? Absolutely. Was it dumb? Uh, no shit. But if you can't appreciate massive kaiju beating the shit outta each other, then I feel bad for you XDDDD
Seeing King Ghidorah on screen was awesome, he was my favourite kaiju growing up. Gojira is still one chonky boi and his roar still gives me the chiiiiilllllsssssss~. The one thing I'm sad about was (spoiler) Mothra's short-lived screen time. She deserves better. Also can do with less human stuff, not there for the convoluted plot, just there for the monsters, tyvm (except for Serizawa. That man is a treasure 😭😭😭) .
Also shout out to my husband who had to endure my whisper-screaming every kaiju's name every time they appeared. Don't worry, the cinema was mostly devoid of people, nobody was disturbed 🤣🤣🤣
Tl;dr: Screw the critics. Go give this movie your money. Especially if you grew up watching Gojira.
