i love the concept of niënor and nellas interacting for a bunch of reasons but not least because niënor probably has some sort of complex re: the fact that her brother was kind of famous in Doriath and everyone thinks he was so cool and so mighty and valiant and blah blah blah and then she talks to nellas and nellas is like “listen, i loved your brother, but everyone’s got it all wrong. They think he was cool because he never smiled and was good at fighting but I was friends with him for most of his childhood and he was an awkward empathetic nerd who really missed your parents and wanted to see you one day” and it makes niënor feel a lot better about it all
