Squats for days.
New Programming
So Jim emailed me my new programming and it is definitely more intense than before. Good! :) Just gotta make sure I rest enough and I eat a lot. I weighed in at 45.4kgs although I think I put on a bit of fat the past week because I didn't train as hard and I ate the same haha.
Basically now I am cleaning and jerking four days a week, and just taking one day off (Wednesday) and doing a day with a double class (Sunday). That is going to be exhausting as eff! This Sunday I can't go because I need to go to New York but next Sunday for sure :)
I am excited to keep learning and I definitely need to work on squatting more in the lifts... this way I can lift more weight and not power snatch or anything.

Can you post a picture of your waist with the tape measure? 22" is tiny! I want to see!

GOALS for this BCCC
Clean 60kgs Snatch 44-45kgs Back Squat - 85kgs Front Squat - 75kgs Eat 150g of protein a day Just one drink on Saturday and Sunday (if any) Make sure I am eating enough for recovery - trying to sleep more.
At this point I am not trying to really lose weight or get abs but get strong. The wedding will be soon so I don't want to put on weight or fat either but stay balanced.
I can't do strict paleo because I need carbs for energy and I can't not drink ever because I like it and one drink on the weekend wont make me get fat lols.
Breakfast: a banana and 20oz of coffee
Snack: Bag of beef jerkey
Lunch: indian plate - white rice, lettuce, lamb, spicy sauce, jalapenos, cilantro, scallions
Before workout: a can of sardines, a few pieces of kielbasa
During workout: expresso from starbucks (in a can... i know, bad)
After workout: zucchini with two eggs, small piece of dark chocolate.
Training I snatched up to 36kgs the opener, and doubled clean and jerk 50kgs - last warmup before opener.
