Coco turned sharply towards the source of the alarm, just in time to see a small woman burst out of the window of the clothing store she was she was shopping in. Naturally, Coco gave chase. Through several alleyways it suddenly dawned on her that the woman wasn’t really trying to get away.
Coco found herself in a dead end, the small woman was nowhere in sight. She cursed that she left her weapon at beacon. A small noise made Coco spin around finding herself face to face with the culprit, the sudden appearance making her jump back in shock.
“Hi, I’m Neo.” she signed, “I’ll trade you this detonator for a kiss.” Neo flashed a small silver cylinder hidden in her palm.
“Excuse me?" This was definitely the strangest way Coco had ever been hit on and the surreal nature of it made her cool demeanor faulter.
“I planted a bomb in the shop.” Neo signed, an off putting grin on her face.
“You planted a bomb, set off an alarm and lead me halfway across Vale for a kiss?” Coco asked, mostly out of confusion
Neo shrugged, “I’m awkward in public.”
It was flattering, in a very strange way. And it was easier than a fight without her weapon. Coco leaned in and planted a kiss on Neo’s lips. Neo slid the cylinder into Coco’s hand. “Hey this is a lipstick tube!”
“Yeah, I lied about the bomb, wanna go out sometime?”
Coco chuckled, “You know what? Sure.”
send me a ship and maybe I’ll write a drabble!
