Not on the ask tag but...what are 3 random facts that you know?

Oooh 😯 hmmm let's seeeaaa (haha sea get it. I'm a nerd, you know this hcghv but I'm your nerrrdddd 😚)

1. It's possible to find Rivers and lakes beneath the ocean! It's due to a mix of salt water and Hydrogen Sulfide. There was one found in the gulf of Mexico and people and even most aquatic life can't swim in it due to highly toxic concentrations of methane and the hydrogen sulfide. It's because of that that it can't mix with the rest of the surrounding sea, thus forming the underground lake or in some cases Rivers! The water there is also saltier than that of the rest of the ocean. Very few types of life can survive swimming though it (mostly shrimp and bacteria!)

2. The Earth's longest mountain range actually lies in the ocean. It's about 10 times the length of the Andes, which means it's over 40k miles long! It's called The Mid-Oceanic Ridge.

3. We have better maps of Mars than our own ocean! Crazy right!? But it's estimated that only 5% of our ocean has been explored and there's much we don't know about it and so much aquatic life we've not uncovered. And it's fairly difficult and dangerous to explore, so much so in fact, that we have a better layout of a planet millions of miles away from us!
