I'm usually pretty consistent with my workouts, but I haven't been able to find the motivation recently. To make things more fun for myself, I thought I'd start posting quick and easy workouts. Today, I did the Mycroft Mile*.
*(I actually did it 2.5 times, so I could film for TikTok. Yes, my legs are sore.)
