word count: ~7,800
author’s note: this is for @dxmichelle to thank her for all the cute fic she’s written me for this genuinely delightful crossover ship. this is set in the ‘verse of dxmichelle’s ygo/harry potter fic, of lost swords and shadow magic, which is a super good time. i’ve never written fanfic for a fanfic before, so this was fun!
if you haven’t read that, but still want to read about two prodigies duking it out over theories of magic and some other fun things besides, here’s what you need to know: voldemort wants the millennium items, so dumbledore enrolls seto, yugi, and ryou in hogwarts, right during the trio’s sixth year. seto has the millennium rod, which holds the spirit of priest set, and has also been under mysterious magical dream-attack from some enemy. the magic at hogwarts makes the spirits of the millennium items readily visible to anyone.
this is the first complete one-shot i’ve posted in.... three years. plz read it hope you enjoy! i love hermione!
