One of my favourite underrated characters in Skyrim is Nerien, the first Psjiic Monk to contact the Dragonborn.

One time I stood too close to where he spawns and before starts hurling cryptic jargon at the Dragonborn, he commented, still invisible, using the normal no cosmic voice enchancement, 'Those are College of Winterhold robes, aren't they?'

And then he appears and is like,

' H O L D M A G E, A N D L I S T E N W E L L. ‘

I actually found the Psijic’s faith in the Dragonborn’s ability to succeed to be very encouraging.
