My favorite thing about the Nerona Mihawk Theory is the idea that Imu doesn't disown him at all.
Sure, he may think it's foolish or a betrayal to him, but he expects greatness because greatness is the standard by which Mihawk is measured.
What separates the God's Knights from the other World Nobles is that they think they're gods but have the power to back it up.
