#nether mobs

Nether Mobs - my interpretation of the Nether's fauna. Except piglins cause they're sapient enough to deserve their own post.

There's a bit more lore to the Wither Skeletons, Zombie Piglins, and Blazes but I'll explain those when I make full art of them

Ranking all nether mobs:

Poopoo bastard who killed me and stole my netherite sword. 0/10

Never drop magma creams. But they are cute. 5/10

Good for target practice. Never drop tears and are annoying. Very cute and have cool tentacles. 6/10

Good for bartering, but have very strict rules you have to follow to not die. 7/10

Absolutely precious. Would burn myself in lava and lose almost all my stuff to keep them safe. 11/10

Good for potion making. Pretty easy if you have fire resistance. Necessary to get to the end. 8/10

Stinky pig that almost killed me. Adding points because they are food. 2/10

Never drop their skulls. Look way cooler than regular skeletons. Can be used to summon the wither. 9/10

Nether mobs and their favorite overworld mobs:

Magma Cube: Slime

Ghast: Squids, cats, and phantoms

Wither Skeleton: Both overworld skeleton variants (default and stray)

Blaze: Cats (bonus points if you understand why)

Piglin: Pigs or villagers

Hoglin: Ravager or pig

Strider: Piggies!

Zombified Piglin: Zombie or pig
