reasons why i thought nettyplays' skin was an owl for nearly a decade

BIG EYES her skin has them BIG OL EYES

her color palette. the greys and the whites remind me of owl feather coloration!

her nose looks a lot like a beak, especially if we're talking about beaks in minecraft design/terms

i never realized she had the pink toes on her feet AND hands i only ever noticed it on her feet so i thought those were her talons. like how you can only see the talons on an owl instead of the whole leg because of all their feathers

her being an owl just also makes sense for her general vibe

anyway nettyplays is the only owl hybrid ever and she is amazing and incredible

i know she doesn’t upload on youtube anymore, but god i love nettyplays. i always watched her growing up and now i always watch martyn which i think is funny, but lord imagine if she was in the life series!!!

Netty is a classic! If you've ever wanted to get into EVO one day, she's a great pick! And I& do agree it would be nice to have her as part of the Life series, maybe there could be an AU about it! Either way you'll definitely see a lot of familiar faces watching her videos, and the impact she left is extremely important, so please check her out! Maybe even watch some of her other series like Double Dare she did with Jimmy Solidarity where they had to silly little dare challenges every episode!

Unpopular opinion.

Netty and Jimmy were the main characters of Evo. They were the only people there from the first episode to the Finale.

Their series are both over 30 hrs long (without livestreams) which is considerably longer than everyone else's.

And, here me out, They were the most connected to the community of Evo (the players). Like they lived at spawn (also Martyn but Martyn wasn't at the finale) and were always interacting with the other ccs whereas Grian mainly stayed at the Empire and the main person he talked to was Taurtis. Sure he got around more near the end but at the beginning he was almost completely isolated except for when people came to him or portal meetups. So yes, Netty and Jimmy are the main characters. Grian's just that side character whose actor got a new job.
