🇭🇺Nem volt rossz, de lehetett volna jobb is. Kicsit vonszoltam magam és folyton lefulladtam. Ez általában rosszabb cukorértékeknél van, vagy ha nem eszem elég fehérjét.

Végigrohantam az elmúlt hetet és ennek a fehérjebevitel látta kárát.... Talán ez volt az egyik ok a melegen kívül.

Mindenesetre vettem elektrolit pótlást is, köszi @futolepes a múltkori cikket a témában hasznos volt!

Ugyan Mg pótlást szedek az izomgörcsök miatt, de amióta meleg van, megint feszesebbek fájdalmasabbak az izmaim. Ez mondjuk lehet a kevesebb futás miatt is... Futás közben meg én is izzadok, nem árt egy kis visszapótlás a rövidke angol nyár alatt sem. 😉

🇬🇧It was not really bad, but I could do it better. I dragged myself along and always needed to stop. This means usually worse bad sugar levels or inadequate protein intake.

I rushed over last week and then my protein consumption suffered. Maybe this was the reason not just the hot temperature.

Anyway, I bought electrolyte tablets as well. Thanks for your article @futolepes , it was useful.

Though I used to take Magnesium supplement, because of the frequent muscle spasms, but I am more painful in this hot weather and usueful to refill some minerals because of the increased sweat during exercise.
