[text] I picked up a new hobby and I’m really getting good at it.  It’s not exactly the most legal hobby though, so that’s all I’m going to tell you, but it feels pretty good to get a rush from something other than a new lover.

In a gift bag was a bottle of red wine and a card that read:

“Ms. Karim,

I wanted to thank you for your help in finding Thumbelina. Wishing you lovely holidays and a happy New Year.

Rajah blinked a few times. She did not recognise the name at first, but soon it became clear who he was and she gave a soft sigh. It was a time, again, since her and Thumbelina had spoken, and she only wished that the woman was happy now. With a shrug she collected the bottle. Wine was wine, in the end. And she appreciated the gesture.
