you guys meet one day and he's all aloof and everything, just jason being jason. but he's strangely drawn to you and he doesn't know he's imprinted on you. like twilight-esque imprinting.
he's so aloof because he never wants anyone to get close. he feels a bit disgusted with himself. or idk, maybe werewolf!jason exists in a world where mythical creatures commonly exist amongst us, and he's just thought of as disgusting or no more than a dog, etc.
he can't stop smelling you around the city though. he literally finds himself—LIKE AGAINST HIS WILL—following you. just because he's overwhelmed by this urge to protect you and care for you, and he feels weirdly territorial, but he doesn't know why.
