Hey there :) Do you have a My Fitness Pal?
Hi! Actually, I don't have a My Fitness Pal. I kind of use weight watchers(even though i'm really bad about remembering to log it), but mostly I'm just focusing on making healthy choices.
Also, thank you so much for following me! I followed back. :)
I feel like Buddhism is key to unlocking your true potential. To journey through paths in your mind and heart that you never thought you'd take.
Definitely :)
In regards to your post about buddhism: religion or not, I believe that it is more of a philosophy, way of life, more than anything, I think that's what all other 'religions' are. People need something to believe in. Something to make them believe that something will come of them or what they do. They want purpose and a reason in life. But buddhism, the reason why I Love it so much, is because it's more of a belief in yourself. Finding peace within yourself so that you can take life as it comes
calmly and react with a pure and peaceful heart and mind.
Yeah, I was going to explain to mom that I thought Buddhism was more of worshipping yourself (for lack of a better term) but I felt tht'd come off as a bit narcissistic and you do have to be compassionate and caring to others, so it's not worshipping yourself perse.... but just looking within yourself to find peace.
