Hello... How’s Your Feeling Now?

Haiii.... setelah jumat lalu memutuskan untuk “berjarak” dengan social media, kemudian hari ini aku coba menulis apa yang aku rasakan.

Keputusan untuk berjauhan dengan social media bukan karna sebab. Kenapa aku sampai mengambil langkah ini karena aku merasa mulai tidak produktif menjalani hari-hari ku, mulai merasa banyak pikiran-pikiran yang mengganggu karna terlalu banyak stimulus yang aku lihat di social media. kemudian, banyak perasaan dan pikiran negatif yang muncul. berita mengenai covid dimana-mana yang dimana rasanya 1 tahun ini kita semua sudah sangat lelah dengan kabar yang beredar ini. belum lagi banyak protes masyarakat mengenai cara pemerintah dalam menangani covid. ini pun membuat aku secara tidak sadar merasa kesal dan marah. ditambah lagi terlalu banyak informasi mengenai hedonisme kehidupan yang semua itu hanya lah semu.

sebetulnya, beberapa orang yang aku anggap toxic di social media ku sudah aku hide aktivitas media nya sehingga aku gak perlu lagi liat dan mencari tahu kehidupan mereka tapi ternyata itu saja gak cukup karna social media begitu luas tanpa batas. bukan social media yang membatasi mu, tapi kamu yang harus membatasi diri dengannya. entah akan sampai kapan tapi aku belum berencana utk berdamai dalam waktu dekat ini. kemudian setelah memutuskan utk “berjarak” apa yang aku rasa dalam 3 hari ini? seperti kehilangan? sudah tentu. beberapa kali rasanya ingin aku curi2 waktu membuka kembali social media ku tapi kemudian aku urungkan niatku. aku ingat dengan apa yang sudah aku tulis, bahwa aku berjanji akan membatasi diri dan hanya membuka di hari dan jam yang sudah aku tentukan. hasilnya? aku cukup berhasil melewati 3 hari ini. tapi 3 hari saja rasanya tidak cukup. aku membuat target sampai 2 minggu ke depan utk mencoba cara ini, dan jika aku berhasil rasanya tidak ada salahnya utk aku teruskan kemudian.

di hari senin ini, aku sudah berniat utk bangun lebih awal, menyiapkan semua perlengkapan utk aku sambut hari senin. khususnya untuk semua aktivitas kinan. aku tidak perlu terburu-buru. atau merasa panik ketika waktu menunjukkan saat tibanya kinan sekolah ataupun aku harus bekerja. one little progress on this week. i am proud of myself.

satu hobi baru yang aku juga perlu maintain dengan baik supaya gak wasting time adalah menonton film. mungkin akan lebih baik aku memilih film yang berdurasi singkat sekitar 1,5-2 jam karna sepertinya kurang cocok untuk ku mengikuti drama serial. aku hanya akan terbawa arus yang kemudian menjadi lupa waktu, padahal aku ingin waktunya menjadi lebih produktif dengan aku menjauh dari social media. ini baru 3 hari, masih ada 11 hari ke depan untuk merealisasikan apa yang sudah aku rencanakan di hari jumat lalu. tetap semangaaattt....!!!
