At Gaston University in Chapel Hill NC, the holidays are always a time of vow & celebration especially for the next brand new year with new beginnings & hope for change in everything & everyone. But not everybody follows through with that change. And because of this unwillingness or laziness, a mysterious individual simply known as "The New fear killer" has been targeting its multiple students in the campus, killing them in gruesome yet specific ways of that of resolutions they had & didn't follow through with. Showing less & less remorse as they go. Yet despite the many people they've killed, it appears this killer has a specific target in mind. A local student named Stuey & NF wants him on the end of their blade. Whatever the reason is, he & the rest of the campus created this serial killer & they DO intend on keeping their resolution to spill as much blood as they can especially Stu's.
