Yey! Done with the the first half of my first ever knitted socks! At long last! Weee! 😄 It's not perfect I know! But I really am happy with how it turned out. Look at that lace design! And the fitting is just right! Fits my little foot perfectly! 😅 I bet I could finished the second half in no time. (Wish me luck!😁) Thank you to #InterUnet on YT for the pattern. I enjoyed making and would definitely make some more after I finished the other half. #newbieknitter finished! My first ever knitted creation. 😁 Using knit stitches I decided to make it as a headband. It was a size for me but my LO was eager to model it. Herringbone Stitch Tutorial

After scouring the net for yet another Herringbone Stitch Tutorial, I think I've found one that breaks it down even further. I noticed from the comments of others reblogging the last video, the instructor might have confusingly explained one thing, whilst doing another with her hands. I can't be anymore confused :-). 

This one seems so much easier: Front side: Double Knit through the back side | Back side: Double purl as normal. 

A better one for beginners.
